- Sydney FuXia was born in Guangxi, China and was united with her Forever Family in June 2008 at the age of 6 years old. She has been a wonderful addition to our family and we are truly blessed. We are now traveling back to China to adopt another 9 year old girl. We hope others who read this blog are inspired to adopt older children.

Awwww...what sweet pictures of Sydney. She's a beautiful little girl. Our Alaina, also 6 is from Jiangxi and adopted in 2004. She's been asking for a sister her age..hmmm.

I love this post! What a difference a year makes! :) I have to admit I have been reading your blog w/o commenting. We are adopting a little girl who will be 6 years old by travel time.
Wow - can hardly believe that it has been a year! I love the before and after pictures! Molly and I have been checking in! Sydney has just grown so much this year - and so happy!
