To China in 4 Days!!!!

I can't believe we are leaving for China in 4 days! The past 2 weeks have flown by. We are almost all packed and UNDER the weight limit!

We found out this week that we are going to China with a group!!! I have met so many people on line that I will soon meet in person. We have T-Shirts printed up and ready for China that someone in our group designed.

I will post some pictures of our packing progress tonight!

New Pictures of Our Little Cutie!!

Thanks to Adele at http://www.blessedkids.com/, I was able to obtain a few more pictures of our daring daughter. It means so much just to see her cute little face while we wait to travel to China.

Note: She is wearing clothes we sent her in ALL of her pictures including the fairy costume and bunny ears!!! I am so glad to know that she is receiving all of our gifts.

Sydney is OK!

Thanks everyone for all of your concern for the safety of our daughter. I have been assured that her orphanage is unharmed. They most likely felt the earthquake but did not sustain injury. I am so thankful that our daughter is far enough away from the disaster area.

Sydney's First Adoption Shower

I had an amazing adoption shower for Sydney. The event was held at my house but was hosted by several of my close friends and family. They did an amazing job and almost 50 people showed up to celebrate Sydney's arrival. It is so wonderful to have so much support from my friends and family. Thanks everyone!

My wonderful cousin, Shelly, did an awesome job on the food! Notice how the watermelon matches the cake...too cool!
My mom and wonderful friend, Christi, got the coolest cake ever! Another good friend of mine, Laurie had an amazing punch that everyone loved. My sister, Stacey, sent out the beautiful invitations!

Wow, Sydney got so many perfect gifts!
